This program was created by Rita K. Garnto LMBT, FMT, RRT, owner of Life Kneads, Inc. The workshops and detailed workbooks are based on her own self-care program she developed for herself while dealing with infertility, adoption, family death, chronic pain, extreme stress, and exhaustion. Rita left a 20-year healthcare career as a Respiratory Therapist to become a licensed Massage Therapist and Self-Care Specialist to help other women, like her, take better care of themselves.
