Rita is an ABMP Certified Massage Therapist and has been a member of the ABMP - Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals - since 2002 when she graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Training Institute (TMTI).

Rita is also member of Ballantyne Business Network which is one of the many chapters of BNI (Business Networking International) that meets every week in Charlotte. She has been a member in good standing of this chapter since January 2010 and was a member of the Arboretum Chapter, Business Links, for 4 years prior to taking a break from networking in 2009 when she & her husband adopted 2 children.
