Rita K. Garnto LMBT, RRT (NC#3361), Owner of Life Kneads, Inc. graduated in 2002 from TMTI in Charlotte, NC. She has 20 years medical background as a Respiratory Therapist to compliment her massage therapy training and experience. Her massage techniques consist of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Heated Stone, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Cancer Support, stretching, movement therapy, intention, and caring.

Wanda Gaskins LMBT (NC#5259) has been in practice since 2004. She is owner of Spiritual Massage by Wanda. Her therapeutic work has evolved into two Wellness Programs for clients who embrace massage as a wellness tool. Her techniques include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Heated Stone, and Cancer Support. Her work is both intuitive and interpretive. To make appointment times available for all our clients, we ask that you please give us 24 hour notice prior to your cancellation. There will be a charge of half the session fee if cancellation notice is given within 24 hours and a charge of thefull session fee for "no shows".
